Yakwax is committed to you being fully satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you would like to return any unused products, please follow these guidelines and email our customer service team on the details.
Items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase. When you contact us please make sure to include your Web Order Number and what you would like to exchange your return for, or if you require a refund. contact us by filling out a form here for a Return Authorization number.
**Christmas Returns - For orders made from 1st December as Christmas presents we offer an extended Returns period in which you will have until the 14th January to return your orders to us for either exchange or refund**
No refunds or exchanges will be made without a valid RA#.
We will need your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return, plus the particulars of any exchange required. If you do not have these details available then pass on as much information as possible and we will endeavor to allocate a returns number to you within 48 hours.
Please do not send items until you have received a RA#. Yakwax cannot process the return without this number. Items must be returned unused with all their tags attached and in the same packaging they arrived in.
Clearly mark the returns item with the returns address and ensure the RA# is on the outside of all boxes / packaging you wish to send back.

Within the package include any exchange information that you require. The customer is responsible for all return delivery costs unless an item has been delivered to you incorrectly, if this is the case Yakwax will refund the cost of postage to return these items.
Items must be returned via recorded or special delivery. Yakwax cannot accept responsibility for items that are not returned by recorded delivery.
Upon inspection of returned product, Yakwax will issue a full refund to the Payment Method used for the purchase less the original delivery charge.
Returns must be received in the condition they were sent out with all packaging and labels attached. Yakwax will not offer any refunds or exchanges on items that are missing labels or sent back to us in a condition different to how they were dispatched. If the item is soiled or deemed to have been worn in terms of look and smell we cannot offer any kind of refund or exchange. If we receive a return that does not meet this criteria we reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange. In this case it will be at the customers expense to receive the item back.
Due to sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns on items such as underwear and bikini bottoms so please make sure you order the correct size. If you are not sure what size you will be please get in touch with us via phone or email.
Any used items will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at his/her expense of £10.00 for a signed delivery service.
